Class fees: 4 week card £24; 5 week card £30; 7 week card £40; drop-in £7 per class

 

Course information
These classes include guided meditations, a talk, and some discussion. They are suitable for beginners and people with all levels of experience. You are welcome to join a course at any time.

 

   


"Medicine for the Mind " (7 May - 25 June)
Through meditation using Buddha's medicine of wisdom we can heal our mind of the difficulties and disturbance that we can feel in our daily lives. We will learn to feel positive and inspired through these practices.
