Class fees: 4 week card £24; 5 week card £30; 7 week card £40; drop-in £7 per class
Course information

These classes include guided meditations, a talk, and some discussion. They are suitable for beginners and people with all levels of experience. You are welcome to join a course at any time.

 
Learn to Meditate in half a day - 19 April


Venue: The Family Natural Health Centre,106 Lordship Lane, E Dulwich, SE22 8HF
Time: 2-5pm
Date: Saturday 19th April
Course Fee: £15

This half day course is the perfect introduction to meditation.  The course
includes guided meditation, advice on using meditation to solve daily
problems and question and answer sessions.
Please book in advance and send a £10 deposit to Dorjechang Centre

 

"Medicine for the Mind " (7 May - 25 June)
Through meditation using Buddha's medicine of wisdom we can heal our mind of the difficulties and disturbance that we can feel in our daily lives. We will learn to feel positive and inspired through these practices.
