Course information

These classes include guided meditations, a talk, and some discussion. They are suitable for beginners and people with all levels of experience. You are welcome to join a course at any time.


"Medicine for the Mind " (12 May - 23 June) Through meditation using Buddha's medicine of wisdom we can heal our mind of the difficulties and disturbance that we can feel in our daily lives.
