Course information

These classes include guided meditations, a talk, and some discussion. The classes will be based on Geshe Kelsang Gyatso's New Meditation Handbook, which present all of Buddha's teachings according to Lamrim. Lamrim is a special adaptation of Buddha's eighty-four thousand teachings arranged in a comprehensive and clear manner. This special presentation is very accessible for today's needs, and the practice of Lamrim helps us to control our mind and solve all our daily problems.
