Southern Dharma Celebration - The Empowerment of White Tara - March 2008    

 

Gen-la Khyenrab, Deputy Spiritual Director of NKT, granted the empowerment of White Tara and gave teachings on the Prayer of the Stages of the Path at this year's Southern Dharma Celebration in London.

How to become a Buddhist - Sunday 11th May 2008


Venue: Dorjechang Centre
Times: 10am-5pm
Course Fees : £30

A special day course on Buddhist refuge, with Refuge Ceremony. It will be taught by our Resident Teacher - Gen Kelsang Sangye. Please book in advance and send a £10 deposit to Dorjechang Centre


 
Healing Ourself and Others - with Medicine Buddha Empowerment, Friday 27th and Sat 28th June 2008

"Liberation from Sorrow" 24 hour Tara Chanting on New Years Eve    


Venue: Dorjechang Centre
Times: Wednesday 31st December 2008, begins 7.00am Wednesday morning

Tara chanting in 6 sessions over 24 hours to see in the New Year. Everyone welcome. Please join us for any of these beautiful and meaningful prayers at the following times: 7.00am, 11.00am, 3.00pm, 7.00pm, there will be a "pot luck" supper at 8.30pm and the retreat continues at 11pm, the last session being 3pm on Tues 1st Jan.
